At Toriba Coffee Roasters, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
How to Return an Item
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement, refund, or credit note. To help us process your return quickly, please provide the following information in your message:
• Your name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• The items and quantities you’re returning
• Reason for the return

Return Conditions
• Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
• We do not accept returns on final sale items.
Exceptions
If the goods are faulty, were incorrectly described, differ from what was ordered, or do not function as expected, you may choose between:
• A refund to your original payment method,
• An exchange for a different product, or
• A credit note for future purchases.
